AC variable temperature control speed, two-speed and three-speed fan cooling application scheme .

One of the difference between AC cooling fans from DC or EC cooling fans includes that AC cooling fan can easily control the speed with PWM function, and switch to different speeds of gears in accordance with. On the other hand, for AC cooling fan, it’s hard to adjust the speed once the coil winding on the motor is shaped, instead, the rotating speed is normally changed by using wire tripper or electric reactor.

In comply with different customer needs, Fulltech has designed a full range of  models with high, medium and low speeds control, such as UF-15KM23BWH fan, application for high-speed and large air volume requirements of German industrial motors, and UF15AC23BWM, specifically used in semiconductor equipment of Korean factories for medium-speed requirements, we also have a variety of low-speed fans. For UF-12B23BWL, it is frequently applied on the consumer water dispensers, electronic components for heat dissipation requirements purposes in Poland

In addition, Fulltech is capable to meet different speeds of requirements from customers, currently we have designed 2-step speed and three-step models for customers to switch between high and low speeds. In the meanwhile, UF-20TC23BWHT3 is developed to adjust the speed through temperature control. It is particularly designed for the cooling of the charging station cabinet. When the heat dissipation system is at high temperature, multiple fans will be turned on at the same time to activate rapid cooling and when the temperature drops, the unnecessary fans will be turned off to save energy.
